Swimming Carnival

DATE: Thursday 5th December 2024

TIME: Depart school at 9.15am - return to school at 2.35 pm.  The carnival will start at approximately 10.15 am after water safety testing.

VENUE: Nowra Aquatic Centre, Nowra 

COST: TBC

WHO GOES: Students in Years 2 – 6 plus any Year 1 students who are turning 8 years of age in 2024 and are confident swimmers.

TRAVEL: Travel is by bus. All students attending the carnival must travel by bus with the school.

CLOTHING:

• Children may come dressed in their house colours or sports uniform.
• No singlet tops are permitted. 
• Swimming costumes should be worn under clothing. 
• Appropriate footwear must be worn (no thongs). 
• Hat and shirt are to be worn when not competing in an event.

WHAT TO TAKE:

• Swimmers, towel, goggles and sunscreen.
• Recess/lunch/drinks
